My second book—Meet Olivia and Mully

I am behind in my blogging, but wanted to record here that my second book, Dottie Meets Mully the Bully, is alive and well! I write my books based on what I feel Evie needs to hear to empower her to be the best Evie she can be. My secondary goal is to write these stories so that children will also feel empowered and feel that the book is relevant to them and applies to them in a positive way.

My second book has been released!

Read about anti-bullying, kindness, allyship, and friendship with your child.

The world is such that one day, Evie will likely be bullied. I want her to be proud of who she is, recognize bullying, and know how to ask for help. I also want kids to understand the power of allyship and stand up for their friends in the face of bullying. Bullying in schools is a problem that will not go away. As adults, we need to help kids to know what bullying is, apply it to real-life situations, and help them to feel safe to talk about it if they are being bullied. And better yet, we want to hear about our kids standing up for kids who are marginalized!

Meet Olivia. She is Dottie’s best friend, just as Evie has a best friend Olivia in real life! Mully the Bully has a mean streak, but there can be redemption in his story.

Dottie Meets Mully the Bully is an engaging children's book that has just been released on popular platforms like Amazon and Barnes and Noble, as well as through my personal link. This heartwarming story aims to educate children about the important topics of anti-bullying and allyship in a thoughtful and accessible way. Join Dottie on her journey as she navigates a challenging encounter with Mully the Bully, teaching young readers valuable lessons about empathy, kindness, and standing up for what is right. Perfect for sparking meaningful discussions with children, this book is a must-have addition to any young reader's collection.
